Saving a Version
Press ⌘⇧S to save a versioned snapshot. Gridshift saves the complete project state and creates an audio bounce (AAC) for preview. Use ⌘S for regular saves, ⌘⇧S for versioned snapshots.
Version History
Access versions from the Project sidebar tab. Each version shows its name, date, and a play button for the audio preview.
Previewing & Loading
Click the play button on any version to hear the bounce without loading it. Click a version to load it. Gridshift will prompt you to save current changes if needed. Version history is preserved when switching — you never lose access to other versions.Last modified on March 9, 2026
