Modifier key philosophy

Gridshift uses a consistent modifier hierarchy throughout the application. Once you learn these patterns, you can predict how shortcuts work across different contexts. Objects move on the bare arrow keys: whatever is selected is what the arrows step, and the cursor takes them back once nothing is.
Option = Fine ModeOption on its own is the fine step of whatever is selected — 1/8 grid instead of the full grid — and it stays the zoom while nothing is selected. It also makes marquee extension finer.
